How do I return an item?
RETURNS & EXCHANGES


All return items require an RMA#  (return merchandise authorization number) prior to returning the merchandise. NO EXCEPTIONS. If item/s are returned to us without prior authorization, items will be refused and returned to sender.  And refund will not be issued.


Qualifying returns must receive prior authorization before shipping,  by contacting us at anaberry@hotmail.com within 7 days of receipt of order.  Failing to do so will forfeit your right to a return/exchange.

Merchandise must be in its original package (original brand new condition) and must be unworn.

Upon receipt of returned items, a complete refund will be issued (excluding the shipping charges). Please allow 30 days for processing of your credit.

 

Shipping charges

Please note that we do not offer refunds on shipping charges and you will receive a refund for the amount of the product purchase only.


Merchandise purchased with a gift certificate may be returned within 7 days of the date that you receive your order for store credit only. You must also request an RMA#  via email by emailing us at anaberry@hotmail.com prior to you returning the merchandise to us.

 

Orders shipped with free gift will have the value of the free gift deducted from the purchased dollar amount unless the free gift is also returned.

****PLEASE NOTE****If upon receipt of returned item does not meet our return policy, example: (items appear to be worn or smell like smoke or have pet hair on them), refund will not be issued and the items will be shipped back to you with shipping charges due to you.

Non-Refundable Items:

Custom/Special Orders, Closeouts, Gift Certificates and Promotional items including purchases made with Shimmy Shimmy Bucks are non-refundable (no exchanges or returns).  All sales for these items are final. NO EXCEPTIONS
